Mr. Vaughn is a native San Diegan and one of Southern California’s foremost business litigation attorneys. He specializes in civil jury trial practice and has been lead counsel in cases involving intellectual property ownership, employment disputes, contracts, negligent and intentional injuries, product liability, professional malpractice, partnership and corporate disagreements, and an extensive array of other business litigation matters. Mr. Vaughn has carved out a niche representing hospitals, medical practices, and other businesses throughout Southern California.
Kathryn Vaughn
Partner
Kathryn Vaughn is an experienced attorney, community advocate, and visionary leader of San Diego. Ms. Vaughn currently serves as the managing partner of Vaughn & Vaughn. An attorney for more than two decades, her family law practice grew into a powerhouse corporate civil litigation partnership. In 1997, Don and Kathryn Vaughn joined forces to form Vaughn & Vaughn, successfully representing local and national clients in complex transactional and litigation matters. Her diverse corporate background, nonprofit leadership, community advocacy and excellent management aptitude make her an outstanding litigation team member.
